Below are some common questions related to the TM2/TM3 Online Bookings module for TM2/TM3.

What is TM2/TM3 Online Bookings?

TM2 Online Bookings is a module for TM2/TM3 Hosted clients that allows patients to self-book private appointments themselves directly into the Diary.  

How do I purchase TM2/TM3 Online Bookings/How much does it cost?

Contact your Account Manager on 028 9099 8697 to enquire on any pricing related questions or else to start the order process. 

What services can I offer online?

Currently, this is limited to Musculoskeletal (MSK) treatments within our controlled Network.  You can find a list of the services available to offer via the link below;

How does the website look and function from a patients perspective?

Can patients cancel their appointments online?

Yes, all they have to do is log into their account and view their appointments and click on 'Cancel Appointment'. Click on the link below and you will be taken to an article which will describe all this.

How do I know if I have been enabled for TM2/TM3 Online Bookings?

This is controlled from the Pronto Desktop and held under the Online Bookings section.  If you navigate to the Pronto Desktop you will see an Online Bookings area, if this shows as "Online", the website is live.  To get access to the Pronto Desktop see below;
