Setting Gender

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

While this setting is currently optional it is recommended as certain appointment sources will require this.  For example, Bupa on Demand will require this, if it is not set, no bookings will be made to that individual.

To check or set the gender login to Pronto Portal at and select the Settings area, you should be in the Practitioners section.  If not, select Accounts on the left.

You will see a series of users / practitioners like the one below;

In this example the Gender has not been set.  To adjust this select the edit option;

And select the correct Gender, the setting will auto save.

You should repeat this for each person that has not been set.
