Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.
Even when an invoice has been paid, you are still able to access the receipt. To do so please follow the step by step guide.
Click on the Patient tab to few all your patients, double-click on the patient you wish to print the reciept for. A screen like below should appear.
From here, you will need to click on the 'View Account' button. This will open the patients 'Account Window' like below.
From here, you will be able to see the payment that was made by the patient and Click on this payment another popup window like below will appear.
This will open the Payment Window. From here, click on the Print button and you will be presented with a dropdown menu. Choose the most relevant option for yourself.
