Not receiving back up emails (Local Clients Only)

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

Please Note: This is only for people using "TM2 Locally"

The following setup and options should only be available to the "System User".

The following steps need to be completed on your main server computer.

  • Within Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\BlueZinc\TM2.
  • Right click and edit the file bzEmail.dll.config within that TM2 directory.
  • Edit the following line at the bottom of the document and change from .com to

Need to be changed to:


  • Now restart your computer.
