What happens when I get a booking?

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

When a booking is made you will be notified via email to the address set within the Pronto Settings;

In this case, an email would be sent to info@pronto-network.com.  The email is a notification only and contains minimal information;

"A new Pronto Referral has been confirmed from <<COMPANY>> for <<PATIENT>> at <<LOCATION>> on <<DATE>> at <<TIME>>.Please check your system for Patient and other details.

This email has been automatically generated by Pronto. If you have any queries regarding this referral/booking, please contact <<COMPANY>> directly.

The booking itself should be checked within Pronto Portal.

The Diary event will look as follows;

Selecting the View button will open the patient record;

On this record, you will find the complimenting information for the booking such Authorisation Codes.
