Adding Extra Security to your Support Account

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

This guide will show you how to add an extra layer of security to your TM2/TM3 Account.

Adding a Support Password

You are able to add a security word to your TM2/TM3 account.  This will add an extra layer of security to your Customer Service account.

To do this

  1. Go to Tools - TM2/TM3 Options
  2. Advanced Settings
  3. Customer Service
  4. Choose a Security Setting
  5. Enter a Password
  6. Press Save

Depending on how strict you set this password; you will be prompted for this password the next time you contact TM2/TM3 Support.
