*Please Note: If you have not purchased Room Manager you will not be able to add rooms.

You are able to add a room to a Practitioners Sessions in order to show what Rooms a practitioner is working in throughout the week.
In order to do this;
- Open the Practitioner Record and Click on the Sessions Tab.
- Either Create a New Session for the Practitioner or right-click on a current session and choose the Edit button.
- Once you are inside the Session screen you will see a Room drop down. From this, choose the room that the Practitioner will be working in at that time.
- Once this has been added, you will be able to see the sessions within the room of the Diary.
