Adding a Room to a Practitioner Session

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

*Please Note: If you have not purchased Room Manager you will not be able to add rooms.

You are able to add a room to a Practitioners Sessions in order to show what Rooms a practitioner is working in throughout the week. 

In order to do this;

  • Open the Practitioner Record and Click on the Sessions Tab.

  • Either Create a New Session for the Practitioner or right-click on a current session and choose the Edit button. 

  • Once you are inside the Session screen you will see a Room drop down.  From this, choose the room that the Practitioner will be working in at that time.

  • Once this has been added, you will be able to see the sessions within the room of the Diary.
