How to check if a communication has sent within TM2

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

Within TM2, you are able to send communications such as emails and text messages to various contacts. 

If you are unsure if a message was sent or not, you are able to open the Communications Window to check. 

To do this, hold down CTRL on your keyboard and then press F12.

This will then open the TM2 Communications Queue like below

If the message is successful, you will be able to see the communication within the TM2 Communications Queue.  Within here, you will be able to see the email address that the communication has been sent to as well as the status, which will read Sent Successfully.

If your communication fails to send, you will be able to check within this window where the status will be set to Unsuccessful.

If you wish to clear the communications within the queue, click on the Clear Now button.
