Additional Location Options

Please Note: This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

This guide will show you how to configure additional location options

Charges and Services

You are able to set default Cancelation and DNA charges for the location.

To do this

  1. Go to Practice - Locations
  2. Double-Click the Location record
  3. Select a Cancelation charge from the drop-down menu
  4. Select a DNA charge from the drop-down menu

If you wish to create new charges for these options

  1. Go to Practice - Stock
  2. Create a new Stock Item
  3. Set the Category to Cancelation / DNA
  4. Enter Details for the Charge

You will also be able to enter some additional information pertaining to services from the clinic within the Services text box under the charge menus.

Information

You are able to enter Map and Directional information to the Location. 

To do this

  1. Go to Practice - Locations
  2. Double-Click the Location Record
  3. Click the Information Tab

You will be able to select an image for the location on the map.

To do this

  1. Click Choose Image
  2. Select the Image from your PC
  3. Press Open

You will then be able to add Direction information to the Directions text box below this.

Sales Point

TM2 allows you to set a SalesPoint patient for the location.  This patient will act as a generic identifier within the system when you have unregistered customers purchase stock from the clinic.

To do this

  1. Go to Practice - Locations
  2. Double-Click the Location Record
  3. Click the SalesPoint Tab

You will then be able to set a patient.

  1. Press Select
  2. Search for a Patient - Use this Patient

If you would like to create a new Patient to use

  1. Press Select
  2. Press New Patient above Search
  3. Enter Patient Details
  4. Press Create
  5. Select this Patient
